Meetings

You will find our meeting center in the middle of Copenhagen. It’s a small, quiet oasis offering 70 parking spaces right by. We have updated our meeting rooms and our practices in order to comply with the recommendations of the Danish health authorities. Luckily, we have plenty of outdoor space, in fact the meeting rooms are located by a green courtyard, which offers the opportunity to stretch your legs during breaks or even to move the group work outside.

• Meeting rooms of many sizes: Use us for courses, training and meetings. Our conference center is situated in a rebuild horse stable, a 3-storey building in a green courtyard between Ibsens Hotel and Hotel Kong Arthur.  We are specializing in small meetings from 2 to 60 people. • Hybrid meetings : Hold a meeting at Hotel Kong Arthur with some of the participants gathered together in the conference center and other participants join remotely. We have the technical equipment, video and audio that automatically transmit the meeting. It’s super easy to use. Call and hear more 33457711

   

• All-inclusive: All meetings are all-inclusive. This means for you, that all food and beverages during the meeting day are included. 

   

• Working lunch: Grab a fast bite to eat when you are busy. Sticks, sushi and salad are served in your meeting room if you prefer a working lunch. Otherwise lunch is served at one of our restaurants.

   

• Delicious organic food: Our cuisine prepare most of the small dishes from scratch and 70% is made of organic produce. Our pastries are at chapter of itself. They are from Mark Hermann, a former dessert chef at “Geranium and Søllerød Kro.

   

• Choose among 3 restaurants: You decide where to have lunch, choose among 2 on-site restaurants: 1. Italian La Rocca and 2. Japanese Sticks´n´Sushi.

   

• Cozy Hour every afternoon:  We invites all of our guests to enjoy a refreshment in the lobby between 5 and 6 pm.
