Breakfast is served Monday-Friday at 6:30 -10:00 am. Weekends and holidays at 7:30-11:00 am.
To make sure you get the best start to your day, we have selected the food at our buffet with great care. Our kitchen is inspired by the New Nordic cuisine – fresh local ingredients, organics and sustainability. We believe in quality over quantity.
We source our ham, salami and award-winning from Danish, organic farms. Our bread is from a local baker who uses organic flour from Bornholm and Nordic grains, and the jam is homemade by seasonal produce like sea buckthorn, rose hip, mirabelle, rhubarb or strawberries. We are looking forward to introducing you to our breakfast buffet, which offers much more, among other seasonal vitamin-rich fruit juices, scrambled eggs and salted organic.
We even made our own dogma-rules to keep track of our purchases. We prioritize in this order:
1. Organic Danish produce, as local as possible
2. Conventionally Danish produce, as local as possible
3. Organic produce, foreign
