We have created a special yoga area featuring both patio and an indoor yoga room. A maximum of 9 people can be accommodated at each retreat. Yoga and meditation at Hotel Kong Arthur is led by Louise Juel Severin. Louise Juel Severin is a certified yoga teacher and work primarily with Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She is a certified MBSR teacher (Mindfulness Basic Stress Reduction) and teach yoga as well as Mindfulness. She has participated in the leadership program, Mindful Leadership Summit US.


Louise Juel Severin says: In my yoga classes, I will invite you to set an intention. An intention will help you stay focused during the yoga. A pranyama (breathing exercise), a shorter meditation, a guide into the various asanas (postures) and guidance in alignments will always be included.


I am deeply fascinated by the body’s anatomy, the body’s energy pathways (prana and nadis) and what we are able to accomplish with the body without exceeding our limit or performing anything for anyone. For me, yoga is about how we immerse ourselves in our body and mind, as well as how to open our energy paths which the basis for well-being. For me it is important that you get your own unique experience each time you are on your yoga mat.
