We are cooperating with some great organic farmers who provide seasonal greenery and other delicate foodstuff directly to us. The organic farm, Knuthenlund at Lolland, supplies us with cheese, yoghurt, ham and more, which you will see at the breakfast table when you stay with us, or start the meeting day with breakfast.
During the day we serve small delicious snacks. Most are homemade, for example the crispbread, the marmalades and the smoothies. Our skilled cooks made their very own recipe for herbal cream – often served in the afternoon with ryebread chips and energy smoothies – or the sweeter version, Sarah Bernhardt cakes and other small cakes (let our baker tell you more »), all organic of course.
Lunch is served at La Rocca – located at the other end of the courtyard. It’s usually a buffet with classic Italian lunch dishes, typical with antipasta, misto, carpaccio, vitello tonado, melanzane and zucchini all griglia and other specialties followed by Italian cheeses, dessert or cake.
